So here’s a passage from Romans 12:6 which is reiterated, so to say, in this particular version of the English translation. All that still to say; the authors of this version, which is called The Message, chose a unique way to articulate the Bible.
Let’s read,
“6 ‘ In this way we are like the various parts of a human body. Each part gets its meaning from the body as a whole, not the other way around. The body we’re talking about is Christ’s body of chosen people.
Each of us finds our meaning and function as a part of his body. But as a chopped-off finger or cut-off toe we wouldn’t amount to much, would we?
So since we find ourselves fashioned into all these excellently formed and marvelously functioning parts in Christ’s body, let’s just go ahead and be what we were made to be, without enviously or pridefully comparing ourselves with each other, or trying to be something we aren’t.
If you preach, just preach God’s Message, nothing else;
if you help, just help, don’t take over;
if you teach, stick to your teaching;
if you give encouraging guidance, be careful that you don’t get bossy;
if you’re put in charge, don’t manipulate;
if you’re called to give aid to people in distress, keep your eyes open and be quick to respond;
if you work with the disadvantaged, don’t let yourself get irritated with them or depressed by them. Keep a smile on your face.

When in a place to do and be so intentional, we are called, we have purpose, we have an expectation and a hope in and so to do things a certain way, the right way. This a byproduct or our vantage, I believe, a utility.
The phrase I think of,
“When life gives you lemons…” 🙂😁
We choose what to do with said lemons. Juice, and a healthy, good option for the body is within your hands. Another scripture to encourage, thank the Lord.
Isaiah 40:28-31
“28 Have you not known? Have you not heard? The Lord is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth. He does not faint or grow weary, his understanding is unsearchable.
29 He gives power to the faint, and to him who has no might he increases strength.
30 Even youths shall faint and be weary, and young men shall fall exhausted;
31 but they who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength, they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint.” RSV
And one more from Paul in the New Testament, this is the one that first came to mind.
Galatians 6:9-10
“9 ‘And let us not grow weary in well-doing, for in due season we shall reap, if we do not lose heart.
10 So then, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all men, and especially to those who are of the household of faith. ‘” RSV
In consideration…
I am prone and quick to look for benefit before desiring first the initial path and means to such an end, all the while there is a deeper understanding to this way to which we are to do anything, and so everything. Looking for the path of the Lord, and He is easy to find… Let’s come together to praise the Lord, hallelujah. Start anywhere, and everywhere we are we have opportunity to refresh our path. The refreshing is in thanks and due to the Lord, He is faithful to reveal His way, a way superior to our own and without fail.
Praise the Lord, and thank You for this new day, everyday.
Amen.
